JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Regional SEAK Japan India HR team supports the Wholesale and Retail business and ensures that the Corporate HR policy is implemented and respected in the region.

Based in Singapore and integrated in the HR regional team, you will be the Lead for HR Data Analytic, HR (Financial) Controlling and HRIS project. You will work closely with country HRs and Corporate team around 3 activity pillars.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

HR Financial Controlling for SEAK Japan India Region

• Manage, coordinate and monitor HR function budget and forecast
• Manage, coordinate and monitor Labor Cost budget and forecast
• Monitor, analyse labor cost, HR related costs and optimization initiatives
• Work closely with Finance for forecasting, accrual HR related costs

HR Data Analytic and Internal HR Approval Process

• Establish, coordinate the implementation of HR metrics for the region (Headcount, Turnover rate, labour costs...). Consolidate and analyze the data to ensure consistent and reliable data from the countries to support business decision
• Partner with country HRs to manage and consolidate and keep track HC approval requests

Regional HRIS/Payroll project

• Support in the implementation of ONE HRIS system in the region through SAP migration
• Support in ONE country ONE payroll system in the region
• Be the point of contact between the country HRs and corporate HRIS team

You will have the opportunity to participate in other transversal HR projects

KEY REQUIREMENTS

This opportunity is for you if

• You wish to work as VIE in Singapore for 12 to 24 months starting from Q4-2023
• You want to working in a multicultural environment (daily contact with stakeholders across the South East Asia Korea Japan India region)
• You wish to play instrumental role in the implementation of key initiatives in the region

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Finance or STEM or relevant degree
• You are recognized as highly analytical
• You are autonomous, self-driven and proactive
• You are collaborative and adaptable

• You have excellent English written and oral communication

It\xe2\x80\x99s a plus if

• You have Finance Analyst/Controlling, SAP and HRIS/Payroll migration implementation experience
