Able to head and handle Both Vietnamese and western cushine.
- 12 hours shift
- off on weekday
- Able to plan duty roster
- Able to create new menu and calculate costings
- Report directly to Owner
- Overseas and hand ons daily operation
- Ensure SOPS
- Crisis Management
