Responsibilities

• Greet and guide customers, guests, tourist and VIP to the counter
• Attend to customers and tourists enquiries
• Processing of tax and gst refunds

Requirements

• O levels above
• Ex cabin/guest relation/airline/concierge experience
• Good communication and customer service skills
