WHO WE ARE:CloserStill Media run over 80 market leading business exhibitions in the learning, healthcare, technology, and veterinary sectors, with events in Asia, UK, Europe and USA.Our portfolio includes some of the fastest growing, and often award-winning events including the Singapore Vet Show, Cloud Expo Asia, Data Centre World, eCommerce Expo, Learning Technologies and DevLearn.We are the envy of the events sector with over 60 major industry awards including The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to work for three years in a row in 2018, 2019 and 2020!We have exciting growth plans over the next two to three years and are looking for ambitious and motivated people to join our award-winning teams.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:CloserStill Media (CSM) is looking for VIP Relations Executives to join the award-winning Singapore team, to support the delivery of our technology event audiences. This is in the lead up to Tech Week Singapore 2024 happening 9-10 October 2024 at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre.Duration of commitment:

• 3 months: 11 Jul 2024 to 10 Oct 2024 (Mon-Fri, 10.00-17:30 - may require longer hours during show time)

THE ROLE:

• You will need to quickly understand the exhibition business and how our business model has disrupted the markets in which we operate.
• The role will involve LinkedIn research, social media marketing and telemarketing to attract delegates to our events. You will help to identify the most valuable delegates and develop strategies to best target these groups.
• Assist in executing and managing our lead generation strategy by working with our databases and conduct data analysis based on email sends.
• Develop a strong online presence among the Tech community by creating engaging content on social media
• You will receive full training to help you best develop within the company. You will be working on strong and growing products within a fast-paced environment as part of an excellent team.
