Virtual Reality Arcade Game Assistant
Job Description
Established Virtual Reality Arcade looking for an enthusiastic VR Game Assistant to join our team at North Bridge Road (Near Bugis) location and participate in VR Carnival. Responsibilities include: Enthusiastically welcoming guests into the VR Arcade. Setup VR stations during VR Carnival. Assisting customers in and out of VR equipment. Helping customers with gameplay and giving continued instruction during their sessions. Using VR software to monitor sessions. Playing VR games in our VR library to learn key details that help us better serve customers. Loading groups into multiplayer games. Sanitizing VR equipment after each player. General cleaning around the arcade including vacuuming and dusting. Create and uploading VR related contents to social media platform. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service (preferably, location-based entertainment such as VR arcade, LAN arcade, escape room or other entertainment facilities).
Must be friendly and communicate effectively with customers.
Knowledge in handling games on PC. Training will also be provided. Availability on weekends is a must (20-30 hours/week) and willingness to learn new things is a big plus. Must be available to works on evenings, weekends and holidays. Work Remotely

Sanitise of VR equipment after every customer Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Using gaming platform such as steam, steamVR or Oculus Quest: 1 year (Preferred)
