At Uptale we\'re looking for a dedicated VR Training Project Manager Intern to join our entrepreneurial team in Singapore. You\'ll gain hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving field of virtual reality, with a specific focus on module creation and integration.

Responsibilities:

Project Management and Coordination

Develop and track project schedules in collaboration with the Sales team and Production Manager

Participate in client and team meetings to ensure seamless project delivery

Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders, ensuring clarity and regular updates

Implement validation and testing processes to ensure products meet the set standards

Module Creation and Integration

Complete creation of immersive VR modules and audit their quality

Develop storyboards based on customer requirements and existing training programs

Manage retouching of 360\xc2\xb0 and 2D media content to ensure top-notch quality

Handle the integration and production of modules using the Uptale platform

Events and VR Training Deployment

Organize logistics such as travel arrangements for the team, hardware and device setup

Facilitate customer delivery meetings and provide user training for role configuration and environment setup

Assist in the organization and execution of in-house events, demos, etc.

Preferred Experience

You are a Singapore citizen or resident

Current student or recent graduate in the Digital Learning, E-learning or Instructional Design field

Passion for virtual reality technology and its applications in training and development

Knowledge in learning software and tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia and video production

Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
