__**QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in recruiting virtual assistants and human resources is preferred (at least 2 years exp).
• Previous experience working as a virtual assistant
• Experience in conducting virtual meeting interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong decision-making skills.
• At least a bachelor's degree holder.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency using applicant tracking software and HR databases
• Experience with social media and professional networks
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Efficaciously manage time and prioritize

**TASKS:

• Managing lead generation of VA candidates
• Management of all HR websites
• Creation of & Management of the Careers portal on our website
• Inviting candidates for an interview via Email / through job websites
• Interviewing candidates
• Create efficient and automated recruitment processes
• Head hunting for managerial roles
• Converting client requirements into concise job posts
