ABOUT THIS ROLE This role requires the individual to possess good communication skills, be able to facilitate visitation appointments of customers and handle general enquiries.

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Registration and verification of applications and documents
  • Assist applicants/visitors with their appointments
  • Handle video operations if required
  • Any other administrative duties pertinent to the operations to ensure excellent customer service is provided to our customers

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum N-Level qualification
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be able to handle basic administrative duties
  • Must be able to commit 3-4 days in a week (inclusive of Saturdays)

OTHER INFORMATION
  • Training will be provided
  • Work location is along Upper Changi Road North
  • Up to 1 week of processing time to be hired
  • Short-term contract up till 31 July 2023
