ABOUT THIS ROLE This role requires the individual to possess good communication skills, be able to facilitate visitation appointments of customers and handle general enquiries.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Registration and verification of applications and documents
Assist applicants/visitors with their appointments
Handle video operations if required
Any other administrative duties pertinent to the operations to ensure excellent customer service is provided to our customers
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum N-Level qualification
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Be able to handle basic administrative duties
Must be able to commit 3-4 days in a week (inclusive of Saturdays)

Training will be provided
Work location is along Upper Changi Road North
Up to 1 week of processing time to be hired
Short-term contract up till 31 July 2023
