Visual Designer
Job Description
Defining and building critical workfows, wireframes, and prototypes in a fast-paced agile environment and successfully communicating them to the team
Strong problem solver who is unfazed by unknowns in user experience, product experience, and market best practices
Be a subject matter expert of design systems and own changes
Work closely with product leaders and key stakeholders to defne goals, roadmaps and product requirements
Experience with a strong data-driven, customer-centric approach to design is critical.
Prior experience with A/B and multivariate testing to increase platform conversion Requirements 5+ years of UX or Product Design experience in a product company or digital agency
Expertise in using design and prototyping tools including Figma, Miro, Principle or InVision
Best-in-class UX deliverables (Wireframes, User journey, Workfows etc.)
You have good interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
