Visual Merchandiser | Up to $5,000/monthEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities:Planogram Management

Support initiative planogram development process by working with respective category Go To Market manager
Planogram creation work - visualizing optimal assortment and shelving layout to support the goals of the company
Support key business opportunities by recommending merchandising/assortment solutions based on applicable data
Meet specific needs of requesting party by determining appropriate movement/performance data selection such as share of shelf
Maintain information inputs in Company\'s proprietary POG Analysis tools

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

Basic merchandising and planogram development skills preferred
Basic understanding of category management preferred
Ability to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reports
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
Strong prioritization skills
Flexible and adaptable, able to change and alter according to changes in projects or business environment
Excellent customer service orientation
Ability to ensure a high level of service and quality is maintained
Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers
Experience using planogram software (JDA Space Planning, Apollo, Spaceman, etc.) preferred
