• Understand the customer's business requirements, design, and configure the desired solution.
• Comfortable working with complex business requirements and translating into the design of solutions, including data models, product models and configuration, product rules, user stories, business rules, etc.
• Deliver rapid, value-driven customer solutions for complex business problems.
• Determine the optimal use of the Vlocity product in the customer environment.
• Be able to breakdown the work into granular levels and engage with developers to support / lead them during the implementation.
• Responsible for turning the program design of our Solution Architects and Technical Architects into a configured solution that meets the customer's needs.
• Working predominantly in Agile scrum teams to build out complex business processes using native Vlocity technology and the toolkit of the Force.com platform.
• Involved in all phases of the project lifecycle - from low-level design and development through to deployment and post-production support.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on Vlocity project experience essential, preferably for Enterprise-scale implementations.
• Deep Vlocity product knowledge.
• Extensive experience of building solutions for telecommunications customers.
• Salesforce (Apex, Visual Force, Lightning)
• CPQ
• Java
• Data modeling
• Process modeling tools and best practices
• Excellent communication skills, equally comfortable with crafting emails as leading a white-board discussion with customers or delivering a technical presentation
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills and the ability to interact with all level of stakeholders, support personnel, and clients
• Background in both agile and waterfall methodologies
• Strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Platform Developer / Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Technical Architect"
• Vlocity Platform Essentials Certification (Essential)
• Vlocity CPQ Certification (Essential)

• Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Consultant

• Experience or exposure around Non Functionals and areas mentioned. In-depth knowledge of key telecommunications processes

Below are some requirements that are nice-to-have but are not required, base minimum for role:

• In-depth knowledge of telecommunications processes. Telecommunication industry experts who are passionate about digital transformation and customer experience.
• Strong knowledge of Vlocity CPQ and OM with Vlocity project experience.
• Shape the architectural vision and establish a program direction.
• Mentor customer resources and accelerate knowledge transfer to them.
• Advise and mentor diverse teams, which may include customer and partner resources providing guidance on application and integration development best practices as well as technical product assistance.
• Engage with the customer and review key artifacts to keep programs on track and ensure the delivered solutions remain extendable and maintainable going forward.
• Act as a champion in the wider Vlocity ecosystem, sharing best practices, lessons learned and time-saving techniques.
• Support communications customer with the following:
• Environment Strategy & Management Volumetrics
• Sizing and modelling Security considerations
• Technical Assurance across the end to end architecture
• Vlocity and Salesforce Technical Architecture Tooling and automation
• Operations & Monitoring
