Job Description

We're looking for Voice Customer Service Specialists who can deliver exemplary service and provide customer support across a range of channels, such as knowledge base documentation, email, phone, chat, social media, and so on.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify concerns, ask pertinent questions, clarify information, and run thorough checks to provide accurate, valid, and appropriate solutions using the right methods/applications/tools.
  • Respond in a timely and courteous manner to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Perform both inbound and outbound calls and schedule appointments
  • Manage admin tasks, social media, and other duties assigned
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise and take the extra mile to engage in interaction
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous insurance services experience is a PLUS
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Attention to detail and has a proactive approach to support
  • Ability to multi-task, and honor deadlines.
  • Proficient in oral and written communications, articulate, and professional speaking abilities (and experience)
  • High ethical standards and personal integrity
  • Amenable to work during weekends and night shift (PST)
  • Available to start immediately
