Program Manager and Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
for the Record Keeping project portfolio across APAC. This role is responsible for overseeing technical delivery, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring compliance for all voice recording initiatives within the region.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management
Plan, execute, and manage Record Keeping projects, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables; proactively identify and resolve issues or delays.
Report on project status, risks, and outcomes to management and key stakeholders.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
Partner with internal teams (IT, Business Analysts, Application Support, etc.) and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensure clear and effective communication across cross-functional teams and management levels.
Manage third-party relationships for hardware, software, and infrastructure procurement.
Technical Delivery
Oversee the deployment and integration of Record Keeping solution components (servers, networking, storage, etc.).
Drive implementation of voice systems and recording technologies including Cisco Voice, Unigy, SBC, Verint/NICE, and Microsoft Teams Voice.
Ensure all systems meet compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., MiFID, Dodd-Frank).
Risk & Compliance
Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks.
Maintain adherence to compliance and audit requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years
of experience managing and delivering large-scale, complex
voice infrastructure or recording projects
.
Strong technical understanding of:
Voice Recording Systems
(Verint, NICE)
Voice Platforms:
IPC Unigy v5.5, Cisco CUCM v15, Microsoft Teams Voice
Proven ability to manage projects using both
preferred.
Experience with compliance-driven environments and familiarity with regulatory frameworks (MiFID, Dodd-Frank, etc.).
