Support communications activities for upcoming milestone event, including planning and managing stakeholders and vendors.
Drives volunteer recruitment strategies through multiple channels (social media, video productions etc.)
Coordinates communications with volunteers to ensure meaningful engagement and solicit feedback to improve workstreams and processes.
Implements the training roadmap together with Senior Manager (M3 Policy) and AD (M3 Policy & Planning) and work with external stakeholders to provide opportunities for volunteer capability building.
Organises regular platforms for volunteer recognition and appreciation, and engagement programmes.
Manages M3@Towns volunteers by working closely with stakeholders to support M3 deliverables and ensure targets are met.
