Three main roles of the Volunteer Executive, growing the volunteer pool, brokering partnerships between community partners, and strengthening volunteer management capabilities.



DESIGNATION : Volunteer Executive



RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing Volunteers and Programmes

Volunteer Recruitment


Assist in recruitment and managing inquiries Provide administrative and logistical support

Stakeholder Engagement and Management


Foster positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Volunteer Data Management


Assist in collecting and managing data Maintain volunteer database and related administrative documentation.

Volunteer Programme Management and Evaluation


Assist and assess volunteer programs.

Volunteer Learning and Development


Support in volunteer learning and development programmes

Volunteer Retention and Engagement


Support, engage and retain volunteers

Other Responsibilities & Duties

Any other duties assigned by supervisor




QUALIFICATIONS

Minium Diploma in relevant field of study. 0 - 2 years of relevant work experience in volunteer management and community partnerships in a non-profit organisation. Proficient in oral and written communication. Good organizational skills and a strong team player. Good administrative and computer skills with proficiency in MS Office. Self-motivated, pleasant and resourceful personality. Passionate about Volunteerism and some experience in Marketing. Ability to work well with a diverse group of professionals from the public and private sectors, volunteers and residents.
