Business Function Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards. Responsibilities
- Provide corporate customers with a full range of corporate banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans, bancassurance and foreign exchange.
- Acquire new customer accounts and cultivate long-standing relationships with customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.
- Proactive monitoring and management of accounts, being alert to credit deterioration or improvement, and taking timely action (including elevation to senior bankers and credit).
- Implement & execute midcap business strategy to increase market share & to achieve targets consistent with midcap revenue, ROE & Cost / Income ratio targets and risk control & compliance.
- University degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience within the corporate banking space;
- Strong sense of commitment and accountability, possess a business focus mindset, self-motivated to deliver work of the highest standard;
- Energetic, service oriented and highly motivated;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to adapt to change;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Knowledge of the F&B industry will be a plus.
