This business development role targets new Chinese companies expanding to ASEAN in particularly Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. The focus will be on the identification of potential customers using internal and external data according to customer segments and industry eco-systems.
Candidate will also be required to tap on new and existing channels, building new segments and customer base.
With the strong trading and investment flows within ASEAN, the candidate must also be able to connect flows and create new opportunities for the bank and customers, tapping on our ASEAN network.
Candidate will also be required to independently drive initiatives with the in-country teams, building our regional franchise.

Independent and have strong sense of completion in driving new initiatives

Cultural sensitivity when working with colleagues from the region
Good credit skills and be aware of the risks in different industries
