Support on-going learning needs analysis and implement overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses the learning needs of branch banking sales staff, team managers and regional business directors to support the growth of Consumer Banking Group business and people development agenda.
Support the design and execute robust assessment framework and feedback channel to business leaders and team managers that effectively evaluate the learning performance of individual learners and deploy coaching program to individual learners to accelerate learning curve and boost performance to achieve targeted level of performance readiness and productivity.
Monitor, evaluate and report metrics with regard to post training effectiveness, cost-efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction of New Entrant Programs and relevant Road Map programs deployed to Consumer Banking Group.
Resolve specific request and address development issue of individual learners, team leaders, management team and stakeholders in relation to organization development, talent programs, job rotation, recruitment, performance management and structural changes that tie to Consumer Banking strategy
Foster an engaged continuous learning organizational culture by planning, developing and delivering Continuous Professional Development (CPD) ethics, compliance, rules and regulation programs to FAA regulated sales role in accordance to IBF guidelines and framework.
Collaborate with HR Shared Services team to ensure learning processes are strategic, productive, cost-efficient and implemented effectively and seamlessly within the target parameters in compliance to the Bank\'s operation risk control guidelines.
Collaborate and maintain good partnership with external service and product providers such as Manulife, Aviva, MSIG and Fund-houses to deploy appropriate and suitable learning intervention to achieve the certification requirements for CBG new entrants.
Manage, co-ordinate and respond to both external or internal audit enquiries and checks, in relation to CBG sales role certification, product certification, attendance records, training materials, associated process, governance and control points.
Provide monthly reporting of learning activities metrics and share insights on the impact of learning interventions to L&D team leader, CBG and business HR partners.
Requirements
Preferably Degree and above
Minimum 5 years of relevant frontline experience preferably in a Consumer Banking & Wealth sales advisory role
Excellent understanding of banking products, systems and processes
Experience in stand-up delivery, facilitation and content instructional design will be preferred
Strong project management skills; planning, organizing and executing
Able to multi-task, resourceful and work under pressure
Sense of ownership and initiative; creative, good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good customer-centricity mindset, communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant disposition and ability to develop strong relations
