Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Compliance will be involved in:-

• Update, maintain and implement Risk and Compliance policies and procedures (including those relating to AML/CFT) to ensure the CMS-licensed entity is compliant with its regulatory obligations.
• Providing compliance and risk management advice to business units in the interpretation and implementation of compliance requirements.
• Acting as the contact person for communications with the regulators/internal auditors.
• Prepare timely reports to management, MAS and other relevant regulatory bodies
• Keeping abreast of key regulatory changes and notifying relevant business divisions of such changes.

To qualify, the Head of Compliance candidate should meet the following criteria:-

• A recognised degree from a reputable institution.
• At least 5 years working experience as a compliance manager or Head of Compliance with a licensed financial institution in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of the CMS license operations and its legal and regulatory context.
