Description
Reporting to the Head of Compliance, the VP, Compliance (Global Markets) will be involved in :-
- Being the subject matter expert in fixed income products compliance works.
- Monitoring regulatory developments, provide assessment of the implications and implementation of new or changes in regulations and Compliance policies as required.
- Performing assigned reviews based on Compliance Workplan such as post trade monitoring, e-communication surveillance, gift and entertainment and personal trading.
- Participating in ad hoc assignments and projects as required.
To qualify, the VP, Compliance (Global Markets) should meet the following criteria :-
- At least 10 years of compliance experience within Capital Markets (sell side).
- Strong understanding and comfortable in dealing with Capital Market Products such as fixed income and equities.
- Excellent interactive, communication and writing skills.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration skills.
