:The CompanyAn exciting opportunity to join an established private equity real estate platform that is looking to grow and strengthen its presence in Asia Pacific region. This will be the first hire for them for this APAC logistics platform, and this person will be responsible to spearhead the growth and build the team in Singapore.The RoleReporting to the Managing Director for Real Estate, you will originate finance transactions, structure and execute finance transactions in accordance with business line procedures such as market and transaction-specific analysis, execution of due diligence process, preparation of credit applications, term sheet drafting etc, work closely with the execution team including legal, tax and structuring teams, participate in the negotiation and finalization of loan documentation, coordinate with various departments in the primary and/or secondary distribution of loans in accordance with the agreed terms, keeping abreast of development of real estate news in APAC etc.Your ProfileYou should have the relevant qualifications with at least 12 years in the relevant real estate sector, in sell side or buy side, strong knowledge of the real estate business across asset classes especially logistics, adept in analytical skills and cashflow modeling skills.
