The role Our Marketing business offers leading international brands with a holistic solution to -ultimately- drive online sales on marketplaces and D2C channels like social / brand.com across SEA. We do this through on-platform ads on marketplaces and off platform performance marketing across a wide range of channels. On top of this we offer content marketing and livestreaming services. All our services are powered by our inhouse MarTech solution, which is set to become one of the most advanced systems in Asia, powered by the knowledge in Ascential group which is the largest agency for Amazon with more than 4bn usd ads managed. What you\'ll do:
Further build out intrepid\xe2\x80\x99s position as the preferred partner for ecommerce related performance marketing among marketing leaders across SEA
Business development with regional consumer brand clients, from lead generation to developing presentations and commercial proposals and pitching senior marketing and business stakeholders, working closely with Marketing teams and BD managers in country on local opportunities
Drive the expansion of marketing channels and market segments required to scale our business
Team management of marketing teams, jointly responsible for people management and capability development
P&L owner of our marketing business, driving an ambitious growth agenda with set profitability milestones
Contribute to the vision and roadmap of our MarTech suite of solutions and provide inputs on priorities, features and functionalities
The ideal candidate:
Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree, >10-12 years work experience
Singapore based, strong industry network, Business Development / Commercial experience, ideally pitching and engaging with regional stakeholders of consumer brands on SEA/APAC level
Leading-edge agency or brand-side experience
Knowledge of Marketing tech and the ecosystem of partners to complement our inhouse tech
Performance marketing experience (ideally both on ecommerce marketplaces and all main digital advertising platforms), full funnel experience a plus
Team management experience, how to structure organizations and goals, train, coach and motivate
Strong knowledge of digital marketing agency-side practices, platforms, tools & systems
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, able to craft compelling proposals
Strong Analytical, excel and problem-solving skills, able to structure problems in excel models and processes
Collaborative team player, culturally sensitive, fun, driven and results-oriented
