Responsibilities

We are looking for a digital Product Manager, who will be working with a digital environment. This person will oversee our Suitability Engine and Data tracks. Suitability Engine is a horizontal that will support a few different digital platforms across both offline and online channels.

(1) Suitability Engine

• Development of Suitability Engine, introducing and building new functions that support advisory for both online and offline channels.
• Assist in the development and implementation of AI/ML models to sharpen financial planning advice provided offline and online.
• Drive end-to-end development including ideation, defining user requirements, work with technology & operation partners in executing tech build, testing etc. to ensure the delivery of desired customer journey.
• Work with product managers, customer value proposition team, legal and compliance to develop customer value propositions to define the future of advisory.
• Lead the project execution in terms of managing key working group cadence with internal & external stakeholders, track progress & ensure delivery of key product features and capabilities.

(2) Data Team

• Partnering business analytics team to deliver business insights to drive feature adoption and delivering business outcomes through the design and build of relevant control towers.
• Design data roadmap and working with internal stakeholders to support key features on NAV Planner.
• Partnering data scientists in the development and application of AI/ML models use cases.
• In charge of management reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum a Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution with a keen business sense.
• You have strong interpersonal skills and are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
• Start-up attitude. You are prepared to collaborate and tackle problems outside of your comfort zone.
• You have strong analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to identify and translate data into insights and insights into actions.
• Fluent in spoken and written English together with strong communication skills.
• Accustomed to working in a high paced international environment where change is the only constant.
