Responsibilities

• Business Development. Seek out new business opportunities through market analyses, develop strategies and drive towards implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver meaningful customer value proposition by leveraging ecosystem partnerships, marketplace platforms and data infrastructure, distribution network.
• Lead and manage a team to experiment and execute initiatives to drive traffic footfall to Ecosystem & Marketplace leading to consumption of products and services
• Build up marketing/branding, enhance platform experience to increase saliency, visibility and improve customer experience

Requirements

• University Degree with min 5 years of working experience in product and/or process management preferred
• Understand consumer banking business and how it can be embedded invisibly into consumers daily lives
• Entrepreneurial with a bias towards getting things done (ideate, pitch, convince, execute, show impact)
• Capable of strategic execution - able to understand the tasks required to move ahead, engage and influence stakeholders and deliver solution/initiative to fruition
• Passion for testing and developing new business lines to taking retail banking to the next level
• Comfortable with reading data and converting data into meaningful insights
