Responsibilities

Develop Data-Driven Operating Model (DDOM) control towers:

Develop a set of DDOM control towers to assess the revenue drivers of DBS bancassurance business across six markets (Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Taiwan, India)

Develop a set of DDOM product and distribution control towers to make smart data-driven decisions around bancassurance

Develop data visualization to present DDOM findings effectively to internal and external stakeholders

DDOM for strategic initiatives:

Use DDOM to assess strategic opportunities to drive better revenue outcomes

Use DDOM to evaluate costs and benefits of product and distribution related strategic initiatives

Drive better bancassurance outcome with respect to NBC and NBNs

Requirements

Core competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) including strong presentation skills

Attention to detail

Good banking product and system knowledge will be a plus

Committed, motivated, willing to learn new tools and technologies and step outside of comfort zone

Technical competencies:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and Excel

Experience in business analytics and data analytics

Experience in using business intelligence and data visualisation tools such as Qlikview, SAP Business Objects, PowerBI and Tableau is a plus

Experience in programming languages such as Python, R, Pandas will be a plus
