A global asset manager is looking to hire an experienced institutional sales professional to join their sales team in Singapore. Responsibilities
The successful candidate will drive and execute the sales strategy and marketing plan to further develop the institutional business in the SEA region. This involves deepening existing relationships, identifying new business opportunities and onboarding institutional direct and sub-advisory mandates.
As a key member of the team, you will build robust relationships with clients, represent the firm at industry events and collaborate with distribution and investment teams to increase AUM and market share. You have evident technical depth, strong multi asset background, are able to effectively engage clients on their investment needs and be their contact point for investment-related matters. Requirements
You have an Accounting/Finance-related degree and relevant MAS license (CMFAS Module 3). You have 7 – 10 years of work experience, ideally, including institutional sales/business development in an asset management firm. Your proven track record and strong SEA network will enable you to be effective in this role. Knowledge of and experience promoting alternatives is a strong advantage. You are outgoing, driven, resourceful and thrive on building a business.
