Your primary responsibility will be to source and execute investment deals, leveraging your extensive experience and successful track record in Asia transactions. You\'ll collaborate closely with senior leadership, clients, and partners to achieve our ambitious goals.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities across the Asia region, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and development projects.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, assessing financial feasibility, market dynamics, and risk factors.
- Lead negotiations, structuring, and closing of transactions, ensuring alignment with our investment criteria.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with investors and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor and optimize existing investments, driving value creation and maximizing returns.
- Stay informed about real estate trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes.Qualifications:- Strong academic credentials with minimum 15 years of relevant experience in real estate investments, with a proven track record of successful deals in Asia.
