Job Description


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the development of the agent loan related system (LIQ) to automate essential loan processing, collateral management, document management and agency servicing.
  • Gather business requirements for agent loan process and convey to LIQ development team
  • Organize LIQ project team and establish project plan from scope definition, schedule, resource allocation, budgeting, development plan and quality assurance process with robust project management framework.
  • Review application, architecture and infrastructure design.
  • Gatekeep and ensure adherence to prevailing financial/HO policies, guidelines and operating processes.
  • Work with project team on Temenos T24 upgrade to support APAC rollout.
  • Manage and support UAT, implementation and post go-live support of T24 upgrade project.
  • Provide solution for post go-live enhancement and BAU.
  • Work with stakeholders to explore technical solution to achieve technical objectives and business requirements
  • Understand the various in-house system (such as Japan Head-Office, regional and country local system) and provide solution and proposal for specific project and lead the initiatives.
Job Requirements
  • Master\'s or bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Manage Information Science, Commerce / Business Administration, Banking and Finance or equivalent.
  • Min 15 years of working experience in mid to large capital banks in Asia Pacific, within Technology department preferred.
  • Extensive experience in establishing and driving Business Management support for Technology department in Singapore/Asia.
  • Good experience in planning and coordinating with business and IT teams to establish IT strategy and provide regular tracking and reporting.
  • Possess good understanding of Banking Technology function
  • PMO experience and/or portfolio management, program or project coordination from Technology Department.
  • Experience in working with Head Office and APAC countries. Good understanding of Singapore and APAC countries taxation and financial requirements.
  • Good knowledge and experience in managing IT financial, budget, and resources covering CAPEX and OPEX.
  • Strong stakeholders\' management skill.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced technical and business environment, and able to multi-task whilst delivering high quality solutions.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Logical and efficient with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in Corporate, Institution and/or Transaction Banking is a plus.
  • Proficient in Project Life Cycle and System Development Life Cycle framework is a plus.
  • Prior experience in establishing depa rtmental training and development framework for IT is preferred.
