We're partnering with a well-funded, fast-growing tech startup to hire a
VP of Engineering
to lead the advancement of their core AI product.Key Responsibilities
Drive advancement of their core AI product Make key decisions on architecture, solutioning, and delivery Lead team of 30+ engineers
Must-Have Skills
Experience using 3rd-party LLM/AI APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) Leadership experience managing squads or engineering teams Strong Frontend / React experience; shipped high-quality products Startup mindset: high ownership, fast-paced, hands-on
Nice to Have
Experience with Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, Vue, Svelte Familiarity with dev workflow automation and custom UI libraries Built own machine learning or deep learning models
