VP OPERATIONS APAC \xe2\x80\x93 SINGAPORE BASE!We have been retained by this very well-established Retail (Food & Beverage) company to find them a VP Operations for the APAC region \xe2\x80\x93 this role would be based in Singapore. Preference will be given to Mandarin speakers.The key responsibilities are to manage the growth and performance of their franchisees. You will be responsible to refresh and revive the brands in various locations. There is also a need to drive organic growth and new market development too.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related field preferred
• 10+ years in QSR / Food Retail operations role
• 5+ years of leadership and strategy experience
• Restaurant / Food Service experience essential
• Experience with leading, inspiring, influencing, and motivating others
• Experience with organisational infrastructure development

Skills & Abilities

• Track record of successful operational management experience in a multi-unit QSR environment
• Previous franchise consulting/relationship experience
