Responsibilities:

• Drive development and implementation of business strategies
• Analysis and facilitation of requirements across the business functions and markets
• Collaborate widely with other business, operational and technology partners in identifying enhancements and to ensure the end-to-end system & process delivery and testing
• Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and stakeholder input.
• Work closely with the technology team to translate requirements into clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work with the QA team to document test cases and ensure sufficient test coverage to maintain a robust and reliable application.

• Present project status, issues, and implementation blockers to senior stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Lead project teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of the projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with at least 10 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering and close interaction with business users.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the financial services industry, preferably within Wealth Management.
• Strong IT background preferably with experience in implementing system projects.
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in Agile product development.

• Dynamic and resilient team player with a collaborative mind-set.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

• Extremely meticulous and systematic with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.

• Ability to manage ambiguity, assess situations independently and apply judgement as appropriate.
• Ability to prioritize and categorize requirements or issues to ensure that effective delivery of projects or enhancements
