  • Develop and rollout acquisition strategy to grow the lending business through multiple channels.
  • To achieve budgeted sales target for the year.
  • To collaborate widely with Treasures to garner mortgage referrals.
  • To build relationship with external business partners and stakeholders to increase business referrals
  • To drive and ensure the team produces defect free and quality mortgage application submission, reducing credit reworks and faster turnaround time .
  • Re-engineer operational processes and workflow to achieve operational efficiency, cost savings, improved customer service, compliance, policies and regulations.
  • To be accountable and drive strategic innovative initiatives with internal stakeholders.
  • Assist to manage expenses within budget for the year.
Responsibilities
  • Execute programs, business strategies, business plans and marketing activities to increase lending customer base.
  • To promote and raise awareness of Home Advice Specialist platform to various business channels.
  • Manage individual Home Advice Specialist sales and team target set by Business Unit.
  • Ability to train and coach HAS in cross selling other financial products within the bank.
  • Ability to engage Credit underwriters on complex and High Net worth customer\xe2\x80\x99s loan request.
  • Ensure sound control and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements particularly regarding documentation to customer and 3rd parties/business partners
  • Assist Home Advice Specialist in problem solving and handle customer\xe2\x80\x99s feedback.
  • Perform Supervisory trips to Treasures Centres.
  • To ensure smooth customer delivery of sound mortgage advice at various Treasures Centres.
  • Achieve high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality by HAS and oneself.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree holder with at least 3 years of sales experience in consumer products or mortgage loans
  • Ability to network and build rapport with external stakeholders (property and insurance agents, corporations, professional bodies and other potential referral agents or brokers)
  • Strong passion for sales along with good presentation and interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Excellent networking capabilities, preferably with an established client and referral base
