About the Department

The Regional Wealth Advisory Project Manager will be focused on leading and coordinating the build and launch of the UOB Award Winning Portfolio Advisory Tool (PAT) in the region. The candidate will be required to work closely with the external vendor, local business units, technology, operations and other internal stakeholders in the build and launch of PAT in the countries.

Job Responsibilities

• To lead, coordinate and manage the build and launch of PAT in the region.
• Ability to understand, analyse how various systems interact and the impact on the build and data delivery to PAT
• Manage external and internal stakeholders to ensure that the project progress according to the stipulated timeline.
• Create process workflow for problem resolution.
• Project documentation and escalation to ensure that the project is carried out according to plan and all stakeholders are aligned.
• Support the change management program to ensure that the designed solution is adopted by the stakeholders to realize the business objectives.
• The candidate should also look to enhance the PAT or new wealth advisory tools to stay ahead of the industry developments.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Good understanding of investment and insurance products & the retail wealth advisory journey
• Enjoys problem solving and working with stakeholders of different culture and background
• Interest in developing new tools and solutions to enhance the wealth advisory journey for both online & offline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player and yet able to work independently
• Candidates with experience in the banking & finance sector with focus on wealth management / project management / technology preferred.
