Why joinThe SME Embedded Finance team was formed 3 years ago to ensure that the bank remains at the forefront of the digital banking revolution. Since then, the team has rolled out 13 programs in the Singapore and Malaysia benefiting over 13k SMEs. This dynamic team consists of members from diverse banking backgrounds that include senior management, data analysts, risk, product and marketing specialists. As part of this pioneer team, the candidate will drive sales distribution regionally for CASA and loans to increase OCBCs market share of SMEs in the two countries.What you do

  • Drive adoption of embedded finance products across the region working closely with country sales heads.
  • Work closely with anchors and platforms partners to increase outreach through digital channels.
  • Work closely with Business Units in Indonesia, Malaysia and Hongkong to develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product and program launches.
  • Develop new sales channels to increase penetration and drive adoption.
  • Supporting the team in the refining of business strategy as well as customer value proposition.
  • Involved in designing and rolling out of customer surveys and focus groups with SMEs to continuously strengthen the customer value proposition
QualificationsWho you are
  • Experience in launching go-to-market strategy and sales management a must.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communicator of ideas and ability to think out of the box especially in customer outreach.
  • Self-starter with strong business acumen, independent and able to rise to challenges and meet KPIs effectively.
  • Experience with working with regional stakeholders.
