We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a VP, Regional Sales Manager. Principal Responsibilities

  • To maintain and enhance existing revenue streams and develop new revenue streams by identifying and selling innovative global liquidity and cash management solutions to clients across multiple sectors, thus maximizing commercial profitability and relationship depth
  • To be recognized as a cash management specialist with an ability to display competent knowledge of relevant products and services within the jobholder’s area of responsibility. This is where the key sector angle comes into play. The successful candidate will be able to understand client’s specific requirements and match these effectively with our solutions and products
  • To act as a lead sales representative on opportunities with key clients
  • To consistently role model the sales manager competencies
  • To engage in regular dialogue with clients to originate leads and continuously upsell and up-tier existing relationships

  • Currently have a client facing role
  • Have an affinity to dealing with the various industry sectors, both globally and more specifically in Asia
  • Prior experience of dealing with multinational clients would be an advantage
  • University graduate with solid experience in cash management and relationship management
  • Demonstrate well developed communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Ability to cope with pressure and demonstrate adaptability and pace to keep up with a dynamic and fast moving environment
  • Proven ability to multi task by effectively prioritizing and applying good time management skills
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
