What You Will Do
The core objective of the Regional Sales Manager is to sell and cross-sell the Civil Construction Solutions and increase sales and revenue thereby meeting the annual combined sales target of Field Solutions and Software.
You will manage the sales opportunities of Trimble Civil Engineering & Construction Division software solutions in the ASEAN Region. You will be selling software to our customers and partners. You will have a presence in a C-suite board room and be capable of selling civil BIM lifecycle productivity solutions, that span solutions around both software and hardware systems. Our technology is market leading and you’ll leverage your industry knowledge and skills to be at the forefront of its growth and success regionally.
With your industry knowledge you’ll be able to target and engage with civil infrastructure project owners, engineers and large contractors, particularly as these parties join forces in an alliance or PPP (Private Public Partnership) project. Business development will start with Key, Strategic Projects and Accounts in the region, ensuring coordination with the Trimble ecosystem of partners – both software VARs and/or other Trimble dealer channels and their sales organisations.
