Job Purpose: As the Regional SME Business Engagement & communications Lead, you are embedded with the Sales, Product and Ecosystem business teams to translate business priorities into an actionable communication strategy, marketing initiatives and engagement opportunities to upsell and cross-sell. You will play an important cross-functional role to develop insights and analytics aligned with business outcomes. In addition, as communications lead, you will also play a vital role in positioning and pitching the franchise to its ecosystem partners as well as media to drive overall brand awareness, credibility and affinity to SMEs. Responsibilities: Plan and operationalise processes across the business, content, innovation, data, PR teams (but not limited to): Develop and drive content engagement- from awareness, activation to conversion Manage day-to-day stakeholder management to drive commercialisation of our portfolio of digital solutions and products such as - cash management services, trade finance, treasury, foreign exchange, bancassurance, ecosystem partners (but not limited to) Partner closely with business and relationship managers to support their revenue targets Delivering to the KPIs click-through, reach, leads, conversions, eDM open and click rates (but not limited to) Co-develop launch and/or engagement plans with our partners Driving the communications and positioning along with the business managers to ensure alignment to meet business targets Define and develop a measured approach to the agreed business outcomes Have an omnichannel execution plan to include - ATL, BTL and PR in partnership with our Group Strategic Marketing Communications team Support with communications on any trending or trouble shooting issues with product managers and customer care Data-driven marketer with analytics of the customer end-to-end journey Develop best practice to share with in-country marketing teams - India, Indonesia, China, Taiwan and Hong Kong Manage bank awards pitches as well as franchise pitching to partners and stakeholders Manage senior stakeholder profiling, ie. Social media profile and other profiling channels/opportunities Requirements: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years' experience in a brand marketing, digital marketing or in similar environments Have a problem solving, data-driven mindset, developing cohesive programs to scale, while having the ability to understand the larger business outcomes (for the near and long term) Strong skills in communications, brand, product, project management and ability to develop and execution on commercialisation plans Have had previous successful initiatives in achieving targets while working with creative and media agencies Be an effective stakeholder to be highly collaborative and execute seamlessly of cross-functional initiatives Ability to manage multiple programs while keeping budgeting and timeline deliverables Highly adaptable and learn quickly from feedback to respond with prompt solutions to demonstrate the dynamic evolution required A self-starter that is decisive, have a positive attitude while having a keen eye to detail Be an active team member in the SME regional marketing team and to the extended IBG regional team Foster excellent relationships across the cross functional teams to support collaboration efforts Apply Now: We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
