Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and is extended to SME and corporate clients for their local and cross-border financial transaction needs.Job PurposeIn this role, you will be part of the GTS Client Management team working closely with the Client Management Heads in the location and key stakeholders in GTS, IBG Digital, Finance, Technology & Operations. Working closely with the Regional Head of Client Management, you will support in strategic planning, business portfolio analytics and management, drive and implement strategic initiatives for Client Management regionally.Key AccountabilitiesProvides support to Regional Head of Client Management in business strategies planning, drive/ implement and govern strategic focus areas across the regions.
Responsible for delivery of business planning / financial analytics & insights, governing of portfolio management and support regular business reviews.
Plan and support Regional Client Management\xe2\x80\x99s strategic initiatives including productivity improvements, learning roadmap, innovative workflow/ workbench projects, data control tower, cross functional client servicing and satisfaction projects, etc.Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Business Planning, Analytics and Management. Support Regional head of client management on business and client strategies planning and driving the execution of strategic focus areas regionally. Govern regional strategic initiatives development and program management. Engage with core markets\xe2\x80\x99 client management teams to implement business growth plans, regional connectivity strategies and track of performance outcomes.
  • Support department head in financial performance KPIs setting, regional monthly forums, scorecard progress tracking and annual budget exercises.
  • Perform monthly tracking of financial performances, produce monthly forecasting, identify gaps against budget and provide highlights and recommendations.
  • Institutionalize pipeline management and provide monthly reports.
  • Perform monthly regional client management portfolio\xe2\x80\x99s financial data and driver analysis, deep dive on portfolio data, monitor portfolio development, identify risks and opportunities, provide recommendations for management team.
  • Prepare business management and strategic thematic reports including business review for CEO, Group head of Institutional Banking Group, Group Head of Global Transaction Services.
  • Support end to end delivery of client management value proposition, including client acquisition, deepen wallet shares, client relationship, and customer experience initiatives.
  • Drive client management portfolio regular client\xe2\x80\x99s eligibility and tiering review. Organize and govern regular key account forums implementation regionally.
  • Perform regional client management portfolio\xe2\x80\x99s profitability review. Work with Finance, Product management team and client management team heads to identify opportunities and formulate action plans.
  • Plan and support Regional Client Management strategic initiatives including productivity improvements, learning roadmap, innovative workflow/ workbench projects, data control tower, cross functional client servicing and satisfaction projects.
  • Govern key clients voice of customers (VOC), monitoring trending, perform analysis, provide recommendations, reports and track follow up action plans regionally.
  • Risk and Controls - Comply consistently with Group and Business Unit risk and control standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent qualifications.
  • 8 years and above years of business planning/ management, banking (preferably Institutional banking and Global Transaction Services), product management, data analytics and strategic program management experience.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Good knowledge in financial performance management, data-analytics skills, project / program management.
  • Effective presentation skills and ambidextrous.
  • Good organizational management skills and systematic.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, adaptable, disciplined, and focused.
  • Good communication skills, good teamwork and inter-relationship skills, good stakeholder management.
  • Open-minded, able to think out of the box, able to address problems in effective and efficient way, with strong problem-solving skills.
