In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our marketing strategies, digital assets (websites/apps), and customer journeys to drive conversion and enhance customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and analyze use cases to achieve business goals.Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new solutions, tools and strategies to enhance marketing efficiency leveraging MarTech and Ad Tech stack.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in MarTech and Ad Tech domain to drive changes in CBG MarTech space (e.g., privacy sandbox, data clean rooms etc.,) to adequately prepare DBS to defend and improve digital marketing efficiencies
  • Lead delivery management for marketing technology projects, coordinating cross-functional teams (business and technology) to ensure on timely implementation on new projects and enable marketing and business goals.
  • Work with digital marketing teams, agencies to drive adoption of existing MarTech/AdTech solutions to make recommendations for ongoing optimisation and values generation.
  • Drive large scale programs such as experimentation across the bank, including design and execution of experiments (A/B testing) to test and learn marketing strategies (e.g., landing page optimisation, in app experiments at scale etc.,)
  • Champion a culture of experimentation within CBG by promoting the value of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive MarTech change management through training, use case ideation, driving awareness of MarTech capabilities across the bank.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in MarTech and Ad Tech, with a strong focus on marketing efficiency and technology integration
  • Proven hands on experience with MarTech and/or Ad Tech solutions (e.g., Tealium, AppsFlyer, Google Ads, DSPs)
  • Proven experience in change management, specifically in transitioning from one major technology platform to another.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing ecosystem, including performance marketing and the use of various marketing technologies.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering large scale projects.
  • Critical thinking to solve problems,provide comprehensive MarTech solutions, excellent communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prefer people with consulting background in MarTech, certifications in relevant MarTech and Ad Tech platforms are a plus.
