Key Responsibilities

Early Careers Program Management:

Person-in-charge in execution and continuous improvement of early career programs such as Internship and Analyst Programs in Singapore. Plan annual program cohorts and collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner teams to attract, onboard, and support interns and analysts. Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for all early career cohorts to ensure a seamless and engaging experience.

Talent Management Initiatives:

Assess and manage participation in relevant executive education programs and national talent development schemes in Singapore to advance organizational talent priorities. Collaborate with Talent and HR Business Partner teams to support and execute region-wide succession planning efforts. Conduct the research, design, and implementation of innovative talent management and DE&I initiatives to foster an inclusive and high-performance culture. Act as a versatile resource across the talent management spectrum, ready to take on ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 7-10 years of practical experience in talent management and early career program management within the Asia Pacific region. Working knowledge in designing and executing early career development programs. Working knowledge of succession planning, talent management frameworks, and DE&I principles. Stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and geographies. Detail-oriented, resourceful, and a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through. * Collaborative mindset.
