• Manage a team of license dealers.
• Review and manage human resource planning.
• Review SOP, keep abreast of regulatory requirement and business development to ensure the procedures are up to date.
• Review and ensure all documentation are adhere to SOP requirement.
• Review system accesses yearly to ensure accesses remains available to dealers.
• Plan and ensure all dealers’ training schedule and information are conducted.
• To perform management reporting, and ensure performance are tracked and documented.
• To work closely with various stakeholders to ensure operations are process smoothly.
• Participate in project meeting and provide support in planning and executing UAT and Regression testing.
• Perform Equities and Bonds execution in various local and foreign exchanges for internal and external customers.
• Handle ad hoc projects including experimentation

Requirements

• Degree Holder in Finance, Business or Accounting preferably with 5 years of relevant experience. Additional certification such as CMFAS is preferred.
• People manager with good communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to provide team direction.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
• Able to handle work’s pressure and lead under BCP situation.
• Understand and observance of control, risk and banking regulations.
• Equity knowledge in JP/AU/SG/HK/UK/US/CA markets
• Banking knowledge preferred.
