Responsibilities

• The team lead will play a key role in ensuring RCS (Retail Customer Segment) employee\xe2\x80\x99s experience improves and transforms the way we work. This role will focus on the people and journey side of change, the user experience, including changes to business processes and technology to ensure we deliver the desired outcomes. The key objectives of these initiatives will be to reduce toil, increase adoption / usage and to improve employee satisfaction.
• The team head role will oversee a portfolio of employee journeys. The person will also lead and guide some of the key journeys.
• Identify the areas for improvement and develop the business case for the initiatives.
• Apply a structured strategy / methodology and lead change management activities.
• Lead and facilitate the development of improved employee journeys. Working together with the subject matter experts, design the new end-to-end process.
• Evaluate the change impact, resistance and risks at the employee, process, and technology level; thereafter managing them with suitable interventions.
• Lead and support communication efforts around change.
• Manage the change portfolio and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Banking/Finance, Business, Engineering, Computing or related disciplines.
• At least 8 years of working experience in financial institutions or consulting, preferably with experience in a \xe2\x80\x9cTransformation\xe2\x80\x9d role or in implementing new journeys.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather, organize, and analyse information with attention to details and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Significant experience managing multiple-stakeholder environments.
• Meticulous, highly-organized and able to work under pressure in a time-critical environment.
• Purpose-driven with strong drive to deliver real outcomes and impact.
• Desire to improve and transform the way we work.
• Innovative and ability to think out of the box to co-create solutions and to overcome challenges.
• Good knowledge of the technology, business & finance processes.
• Experience in Agile way of working preferred.
• Experience in Change Management highly preferred.
