Job Description
We\'re searching for a seasoned leader in Singapore to head one of he leading financial institution\'s Testing Quality and Governance team. You\'ll need 15+ years of experience managing tech delivery teams and a stellar record in designing and implementing testing solutions across various methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall, DevOps). We expect you to drive the creation of robust testing, quality assurance, and governance strategies to ensure smooth delivery.
Key responsibilities includes;
- Owns testing to drive technology delivery, incorporating innovative practices.
- Designs compliance mechanisms for testing methods and standards
- Conducts ongoing health checks, audits, reviews, and walkthroughs of project deliverables with the Test Leads to identify and address gaps. These includes requirements, design documents, test artifacts, and gating process outputs.
- Streamlines test practice review and exception approval processes.
- Updates and maintains testing standards/processes/methodologies ensuring alignment with business policies/guidelines/processes supporting IT delivery to business.
- Provides strategic direction for testing processes, methods, and standards, aligning them with the technology agenda and leveraging best practices. Creates tracking and reporting frameworks to ensure rigorous compliance with defined testing procedures.
