The Cognitive Banking team is focused on defining and implementing \xe2\x80\x9cwhat\xe2\x80\x99s next\xe2\x80\x9d for DBS, utilizing digital capabilities and real-time customer data, with the objective of creating personalized and intuitive experiences for our customers. We\xe2\x80\x99re focused on learning our customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and behaviours to deliver more joyful and seamless banking experiences for them through leveraging on data science and AI/ML models. Responsibilities

  • Responsible to drive & leverage on new technology to alleviate customer interactions using AI/ML capabilities within the organization.
  • Using data-driven approach to identify use cases and enhancements to drive personalised customer experience and business outcomes.
  • Lead and enable from concept to design, the build and implementation of initiatives that drive Cognitive Banking strategies.
  • Drive regional initiatives that act as enablers for market Cognitive Banking implementations, including building up horizontal capabilities, undertaking customer research and defining best-in-class use cases.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to embed Cognitive Banking practices across the bank.
  • Prepare and lead regular updates with senior management on Cognitive Banking, to benchmark progress and results across country teams.
  • Work closely with UX Design team, product managers, customer research, data science, technology and marketing to design build and experiment the implementations of new features.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of working experience, in a similar capacity with a proven ability to drive strategic initiatives working across various stakeholders and teams including technology.
  • Adaptable to work with ambiguity and changing landscapes given the fast-paced nature of the industry.
  • Experience working with project management, data analytics or technology teams would be preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and familiarity with the Consumer Banking business, services, products, lifecycles and how these are linked into various ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of consumer banking technology and the latest trends in the industry.
  • Passionate about delivering best-of-class capabilities, including producing seamless and superior customer experience and engagement.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills set, with a resilient and positive attitude.
Key Points to look out for:
  • Experience in project mgmt / implementation (innovation, AI/ML projects), managed Tech specifications.
  • Self-starters, with strong knowledge of fintech and latest trends in the industry.
  • Strong sense of customer obsession, leveraging data to elevate the journey experience.
