Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with assigned portfolio of clients by handling requests and queries in timely and consistent manner while complying with regulatory, compliance and internal security audit requirements.
  • Address and follow-up on client service requests and issues daily, duties include:
  • Opening and servicing of deposit accounts and cards.
  • Take email and/or phone instructions and execute fund transfer requests (e.g. within DBS, telegraphic transfers, MEPS) and fixed deposit transactions (placements / withdrawal / change of maturity instructions).
  • Ensure client accounts have sufficient funds and/or promptly regularised for cheque issuances and bank charges (e.g. custody fee).
  • Execute equity trade orders and advise on corporate actions.
  • Handle card fraud or merchant disputes.
  • Assist with securities transfer in/out of Treasures.
  • Guide and educate clients on digibank features and enhancements.
  • Ensure clients personal information and tax residency details remain current and accurate.
  • Conduct regular compliance reviews and KYC assessments (client due diligence, name screening and transaction review) and take adequate measures to establish the source of wealth and source of funds of customers.
  • Uncover financial needs of clients and identify cross-selling opportunities for Treasures Relationship Managers and/or specialists (Bancassurance and Home Advisory Specialist).
  • Attend all relevant trainings and briefings to be informed on banking products and services.
Requirements
  • University Degree /Diploma/ 2 years of work experience.
  • Customer-centric and solution-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
  • Focused, disciplined and exhibit high personal standards.
  • Highly meticulous, strong communication skills and numeric.
  • Strong knowledge of the banking products & services and procedures.
  • Proficient PC skills.
  • Selected candidate will be CMFAS certified as part of the role requirements.
  • Good understanding of financial, investment products, services including equity and bond markets.
