Job Description

The candidate will play a key role in the development and building of the Bank\'s next generation credit platform for Corporates. This new platform is envisaged to transform the way credits are originated and reviewed, and how data is managed and used, leading to greater satisfaction among user stakeholders and advancement of key strategies of the Bank. This role will report into to an SVP & Lead Project Manager in Global Corporate Banking Divisional Office.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Be a Product Owner of a workstream to:

• Manage an agile squad comprising subject matter experts, developers and testers to drive solutioning and development of key aspects of Loan Origination System
• Contribute to solutioning, drive time-bound optimal outcomes
• Monitoring, controlling and reporting on project progress, costs and development
• Socialize and seek support from relevant stakeholders to support outcomes

• Must have prior experience in Reach or similar Loan Origination Systems (preferably with knowledge on operational considerations on the end of credit admin and Ops). This role would be suitable for past or present corporate RMs in OCBC or peer bank.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders across different divisions and geographical locations.
• Energetic, organized, assertive with good negotiation skills to deal with situation of differing opinions and to intervene and escalate where necessary.
• Ability to multi-task under pressure.
• Ability to clearly articulate problem statements and ideas in writing and verbally, solutions to all stakeholders from working level to senior management
