This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse team across the APAC region. The primary focus will be on core platforms such as Workday and Anaplan, but the role extends beyond this. The successful candidate will bring strong platform management skills and solution-focused experience, combined with functional expertise to make informed technology choices. This role requires a generalist approach, working across various areas and not limited to one speciality. * Opportunity to work with a diverse team across the APAC region * Focus on core platforms such as Workday and Anaplan * Requires strong platform management skills and solution-focused experience What you\'ll do: As a Platform Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our core platforms like Workday and Anaplan. You will collaborate closely with the APAC technology leadership team, Applications team in India and other teams across the APAC region. Your key responsibilities will include problem-solving, deriving insights, developing recommendations, managing account maintenance, providing user support, reviewing workflows, providing training and assistance to users, engaging cross-functional teams, reviewing product releases among others. Your ability to deal effectively with ambiguity in translating business or technical requirements will be crucial for success in this role. * Bring proven experience in a systems/functional/technical platform role, with configuration experience * Utilise strong analytical and conceptual skills to problem solve, derive insights and develop recommendations * Manage account maintenance, user support and workflow review * Demonstrate interpersonal skills with high quality written and verbal communication skills * Deal effectively with ambiguity, translating business or technical requirements * Showcase strong organisational and self-management skills including the ability to quickly adjust work cycles to accommodate emerging priorities * Provide training and assistance to new and experienced users * Engage, motivate, inspire and work hands-on with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into solutions that deliver a user experience that aligns with company values * Review and assess product releases to ensure delivery is to a best practice standardWhat you bring:The ideal Platform Manager will bring a minimum of 4 years\' experience in a similar role. You will have demonstrated hands-on experience in functional with some technical configuration and a medium-high level of experience in Excel. Your proven skills in managing core financial platforms and its integration with business requirements in a large service delivery environment will be highly valued. You will have the ability to manage diverse activities across organisational boundaries ensuring service delivery meets agreed service levels in a customer focused ICT environment. Your excellent communication, leadership, and service management skills will be key to your success in this role.

  • Minimum of 4 years\' experience working as a Platform Manager, experience with 3-4 different platforms
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in functional with some technical configuration
  • Proven skills in managing core financial platforms and its integration with business requirements in a large service delivery environment
  • Ability to manage diverse activities across organisational boundaries ensuring service delivery meets agreed service levels in a customer focused ICT environment
  • Experience in developing Service Management processes primarily incident / problem / change / release management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and service management skills
