Participate with stakeholders in strategizing and developing system roadmaps and implementation plans. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, identifying areas for improvement, re-engineering, developing, and implementing solutions. Implement effective project and change management to ensure that delivered solutions meet technical, functional, performance, and business requirements. Work closely with internal and external business stakeholders to develop business cases for projects that take into account factors such as return on investment and customer service benefits. Collaborate with internal technical teams and vendors to develop overall technical solutions and key performance indicators to measure success. You will need: - At least 5 years of relevant technical domains in finance system, procurement system, HR system.
