Job Description

- Position Title: Waiter/ Waitress
- Working Location: Dempsey Rd
- Working Hours: 6 Days, Monday off, AM shift (9.30 am - 8 pm)/ PM shift (11 am -11 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + OT + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers.
- Welcome the customers and escort them to the table.
- Take down the customer\xe2\x80\x99s order and pass it to the chef in the kitchen and make sure that the food reaches the right table.
- Prepare the table, and lay out new linen and cutlery before and after every meal.
- Take feedback from the customers about the food and check if the latter needs anything.
- Bring the bills to the customers.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- Must have good manners and excellent communication skills.
- Have basic knowledge of food, to help customers in choosing what to eat.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin & English-speaking customers.
- Able to work different Shifts and OT when required.
- Able to work on Saturday, Sunday, and Public holidays.
