all aspects of planning and operations in dining (take away, dining in, private dining, banquet and events)
superivisory experience of team members work scheduling
maintain high standards and quality of food and services delivered to achieve guests excellent dining experience
handle and manage customers complaints and issues. Provide services recovery actions and support for other staff
ensure personal hygiene and grooming to be tip top when at work
develop and maintain good relationship with all guests to ensure satisfaction and drive loyalty; recognize and remember name of guests, their preferences and encourge their revisits
be initiated and pro-active in improving services to customers at all times. Observe and recommend to management ways to improve the operation
uphold the company brand with customers
ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the entire place at all times
willing to work during public holidays and weekends
Requirements
good attitude and team work
good interpersonal and communication skills (bilingual English/Chinese would be advantageous)
min of 5 years of previous work experience in F&B
